LARC Design Co. is a multidisciplinary studio grounded in the belief that good design elevates everyday living. Our work moves fluidly between architecture, interiors, digital expression, and crafted objects — unified by clarity, intention, and respect for materiality and story.

Founded in 2020, LARC grew from Lady Architect, a creative platform established by Holli Lynn Jackowski in 2012 that explored architecture, visual storytelling, and design culture. What began as personal exploration has evolved into a fully realized practice — one that brings together craft, narrative, and the built environment with both technical rigor and creative curiosity.

Our designs — whether spatial, digital, or tactile — aim to enrich how people live, work, and imagine. Each one thoughtful, refined, and distinctly their own.

About the Founder

Holli Lynn Jackowski, AIA is a California-licensed architect and the Founder of LARC Design Company Inc. She has spent over fifteen years working across the greater Los Angeles area — first as an Architectural Designer, then as a Project Manager at Hayne Architects, where she continues to work today on high-end custom residential and hospitality projects.

That deep professional foundation is what makes LARC possible. After years of freelancing alongside her full-time role, Holli earned her California license in 2020 and made the deliberate decision to build something of her own — launching LARC Design Company Inc. that October.

Holli holds dual undergraduate degrees in Art History and Architectural Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Architecture from Syracuse University. That foundation — conceptual and technical in equal measure — shapes a practice that finds value at every layer of the process, from spatial composition and digital precision to the tactile qualities of material and craft.

Her work is guided by a simple belief: thoughtful design should feel as good as it looks.

Outside the studio, Holli is a mom of two boys and is writing her first children’s book with a STEAM focus — a reflection of her passion for creativity, curiosity, and inspiring the next generation of designers and builders.
